Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing the use of our service
  • Incorrect billing or charges
  • Dissatisfaction with the service within the first 7 days of subscription

Refund Process

Refund Timeframe

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
  • Individual image generations or downloads
  • Any services used or consumed
